Running for City of Bulverde Council Member Place 3
A voice for Bulverde
A voice for Bulverde
Brian Skelton comes from a large family where faith, hard work, and service shaped his core values. In 2016, Brian and his wife Lacey chose to settle in the Bulverde area to raise their three children, now ages 11, 9, and 5, drawn to the community’s small-town charm and strong family values.
With over 13 years of experience in real estate and a background in the hospitality and service industry, Brian Skelton understands the importance of growth that balances progress with preserving the character of the community. He also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Centennial Ridge HOA, where he works to represent the voices of neighbors and strengthen the community. Additionally, he previously served Car Fest, a local nonprofit event, for three years—further deepening a commitment to volunteerism and giving back.
Brian Skelton is running for City Council to ensure Bulverde’s future reflects the values that brought his family here: responsible development, community engagement, and a dedication to preserving the unique spirit of the “Front Porch of the Texas Hill Country.” He believes in protecting what makes Bulverde special while planning thoughtfully for the families who call it home—now and for generations to come.
